HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

IS THERE A RE-STOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS?

All Customers returning items will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Yes, we gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within 24 hours of your purchase. Items not purchased at full price are NOT eligible for price adjustments.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We also offer AfterPay on select items. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $200+ (yay!). Shipping rates vary based on weight and delivery destination, and is chosen by the customer at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We offer international shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates vary based on weight and delivery destination, and is chosen by the customer at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Shoot us an email at info@whimsyandrow.com and one of our Whimsy Gals will help you out. Issues with your order must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving your order.

*Please note once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

YES! Our Gift Cards do not expire and can be used in-store or online, which makes them the perfect gift for anyone. Gift cards are sent via email to the email provided at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CAN I RETURN REUSABLE MASKS?

No, for hygienic purposes all mask purchases are final and cannot be returned.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED DURING A SALE?

Items purchased during a sitewide or flash sale are ONLY eligible for store credit or exchange. We accept sale returns for store credit within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, orders are only eligible for exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

CAN I COMBINE DISCOUNTS? 

We love a good bargain as much as the next gal, but discount codes cannot be combined. Only one code per order.
