All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and are fully trackable. Tracking is provided once your order is processed and packaged at our warehouse.
We offer Priority Mail, Overnight Shipping, and Free In-Store Pickup at our flagship store in Los Angeles. Prices will vary depending on the weight of your package and your shipping location. Bear in mind when opting for In-Store Pickup that tracking will not be available. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm your pickup at our storefront in Los Angeles, CA. If you chose In-Store pickup accidentally and are located outside of Los Angeles, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with an invoice for shipping.

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days from original delivery date for a full refund, or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from original delivery date. Our returns and exchanges are free of charge and fully trackable for all orders within the United States.

No Returns or exchanges on items marked FINAL SALE!. You may exchange regular sale items 14 days from original delivery date, or for store credit, but they may not be returned for a full refund. Our exchanges are free of charge and fully trackable, yay! After 14 days, sale items will be considered final sale.
We will honor a sale to those that purchased items 24 hours before the start of the sale. Purchases made after the 24 hour window of the sale will not be honored. We are are a small brand, so please be respectful of our policy :)
Discount codes are not accepted on sale items. Merchandise purchased during a sitewide sale or on sale, are eligible for exchange or store credit only, but may not be returned for a refund. Discount codes are not accepted on sale items.
Whimsy + Row only accepts items in original condition, so if you wish to return or exchange your item(s) please be sure that they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with original tags attached.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy / 30 day exchange policy, we reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange.
International orders are shipped via USPS and are fully trackable. Please be aware of the possibility that your order not be trackable once it leaves the United States. We currently do not offer free international shipping, and prices to ship can range anywhere from $10.00 to $50.00+ depending on the weight of your package and your country. I
nternational orders outside (The United States) may incur additional import taxes and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
