SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed in our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update. 

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Lucky for you, shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for a small fee so your order protected no matter what. In addition, we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc. 

*Please note due current weather conditions, carriers are pausing service and not updating tracking information. Please be patient as your package makes its way to you 


SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $175+ (lucky you!). Shipping rates vary based on weight and delivery destination, and is chosen by the customer at checkout. We currently offer shipping through USPS and UPS. 

*Please note that USPS is experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19


EXPEDITED AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We offer expedited and overnight shipping through UPS for U.S. orders, and can be selected at checkout. Expedited and overnight shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do NOT ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

*Please note any order placed after 5PM PST will not be processed until the following business day.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we are unable to provide free shipping on international orders. International customers can choose between USPS, UPS, and DHL at checkout. Shipping rates vary based on weight and delivery destination.

*Please note international orders shipping via USPS are unable to be tracked once the package leaves the U.S.

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping for international orders at this time. 

 

RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full priced items for a full refund to the original form of payment within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Store credit or exchange returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must have their original tags and be unwashed and unworn. Online orders can be returned in store.

We offer ONE free return or exchange per U.S. order, any costs after that will be covered by the customer.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us in unsuitable condition or outside our return policy. 


SITEWIDE AND FLASH SALES

Items purchased during a sitewide or flash sale are ONLY eligible for store credit or exchange. We accept sale returns for store credit within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, orders are only eligible for exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

SALE AND FINAL SALE STYLES

All sale items are ONLY eligible for store credit or exchange. We accept sale items for store credit within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, sale styles are only eligible for exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do NOT accept final sale returns. Items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit or exchange. 

Sale items with additional discounts (discount codes, flash sales, etc.) are only eligible for exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

We reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us in unsuitable condition or outside our return policy. 

MASKS

For hygienic purposes all mask purchases are final and may not be returned. 

 

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear are final sale. This is noted in the description on the product page.

Any purchase made in store, including curbside pickup, must be returned to the store. We accept returns for a full refund to the original form of payment within 14 days from the purchase date. INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange. All returned items must have their original tags and be unwashed and unworn.

THE PROCESS

All return and exchange requests are processed manually by our team. Since we are a small team, there can often be delays. Not to fret, we honor your request date so you’re all good.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email containing your return label. Returns labels are only valid for 7 days after your request has been approved. 

We must receive your return and evaluate its condition before issuing any refunds, store credit, or exchanges. Lucky for you, our returns are fully trackable to ensure your return gets back to us safely.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once we have issued your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process your refund. Third party services, such as PayPal and Afterpay, may have longer processing times.


RECEIVING YOUR STORE CREDIT

Once we have issued your store credit, you will receive a confirmation email containing your store credit. Store credit does not expire and may be used in-store or online. 


RECEIVING YOUR EXCHANGE

Once we have accepted your exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your exchange ships with a new tracking number.
