RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

— FULL TIME —

Job Description

  • — Provides support to our customers in a timely and efficient manner in store & via email
  • — Responsible for in store and online customer service needs
  • — Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate inventory records via Shopify
  • — Help guide sales team including training, 1:1 meetings and development for the storefront and warehouse operations
  • — Assist with scheduling and hiring sales team
  • — Merchandise and restock retail store as needed
  • — Restock back office supplies, packaging, and materials
  • — Responsible for online ecommerce store product pages and needed maintenance (i.e. create/facilitate product pages, photos, costing, details, and swatches)
  • — Assist with incoming inquiring regarding giveaways and brand opportunities
  • — Work in store when needed as Sales Associate
  • — Helping and implementing creative ideas to increase sales 
  • — Performs other tasks as assigned

Key Requirements

  • — BA or BS Degree
  • — Proficiency in Shopify Platform Store Management
  • — 3+ year in operations or sales position
  • — Strong computer knowledge including Google Sheets.
  • — Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • — Adaptable, flexible with a strong attention to detail
  • — Proactive, mission driven and work well within a team environment
  • — Solution oriented and scrappy
  • — Work weekends as required

Rate

  • — $25-$27 hourly based on experience
  • — 5% Commission on in store sales (we do not pay commission on sales tax)
  • — Classification : non-exempt
  • — Quarterly Performance reviews

Hours

  • — 40 hours per week
  • — Mon-Fri 10am - 6:00 + 30 min lunch break

PTO / Sick Days

  • — 10 days of PTO
  • — No more than 1 consecutive week
  • — Need to let me know 30 days in advance
  • — 5 sick days per year

SALES & OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE 

— PART TIME —

Job Description

  • — Working in-store as a Sales Associate (closing store, restock, checking customers out, suggesting products, steam clothing, in store pick up etc.)
  • — Merchandise, clean and organize storefront to help increase sales
  • — Customer Service - assist with internal and external customer satisfaction (online & in store)
  • — Help manage store inventory levels and restock when needed
  • — Package online orders via Shopify
  • — Receive and keep track of store inventory levels via Shopify
  • — Assist in posting products to online store (writing descriptions, inputting inventory, etc.)
  • — Review and assess any issues and stay solution oriented
  • — Help oversee product quality control
  • — Organize and clean back storage area to easily retrieve inventory
  • — Think of creative solutions to increase in store sales
  • — Collaborate and manage in store events and pop ups
  • — Process returns via Loop

    Key Requirements

    • — 1+ year in operations or sales position
    • — Strong computer knowledge Google Sheets & Gmail

    • Available works days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 
    • This position works in the office at 12801 Venice Blvd.
    • 30 min lunch break (in store)
