What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship all packages through USPS to ensure that we can track it on it’s adventure to your home. Please email info@whimsyandrow.com for any further questions about shipping.
We process orders within 1-2 days, then ship them to you via USPS Priority Mail. All in all, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
We are in the process of making Whimsy + Row available to everyone in the world. This will happen in the months, so stay tuned you out of towners!!
Not fully diggin’ what you bought? That’s ok, Whimsy + Row will happily accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise with original tags for a full refund. We know shopping online can be a gamble, so we want the return process to be as easy as peaches! Please review below for what return policy is for you…
New Home, Apparel & Accessories: 2 week return policy (14 days)
We charge $5 for clothing & $10 for larger items (shoes, bags, ceramics, etc.) to cover return shipping and restocking and deduct it from your refund. Exchanges are free.

We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing. if you have a question about a particular style, send your measurements to info@whimsyandrow.com . we’ll help you find the right size.

In order to cancel or change your order, please contact info@whimsyandrow.com and we will take care of it for you!
If you have a damaged or defective item, contact info@whimsyandrow.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
